These are the results for our 8 week Grand Championship Tournament. When there is a tie score, the placing's for them are interchangeable. When the tournament is complete, tie scores will be given equal rank. If for example, there were a tie in the 3rd and 4th placing scores, both would be considered as being tied for 3rd place and 4th place would remain blank. Hope that makes sense. <:-)> |
Grand Championship Tournament Rules In the GC tournaments we keep an 8 week running total for all hunters entering the tournaments. Scoring is based on the top ten placements in weekly tournaments. First place for the week gets 10 points, second place 9 points, etc., down to the 10th place. From 10th place on each player submitting an entry for the week will get 1 point. All players will get a minimum of 1 point for each week an entry is submitted. The top 3 Hunters for the 8 week period will be eligible to compete with each other in a Grand Championship Tournament play-off on the 9th week. No other hunters will be allowed to compete during the 9th week playoff. The winner of the playoff earns the title of Grand Champion and the right to use the (GC) title in their player name if they wish. The competition is tough and the winner well earns their title. Hunters are welcome to participate in the weekly tournaments even if they do not wish, or are unable, to participate in the full 8 week Grand Championship tournament. <:-)> |
